One more from Vitosha. The same place as yesterday’s photo, but looking to the north, to Sofia’s valley and the Balkan Mountains. I couldn’t understand exactly the peak mark’s very strange design. The rusty peace left shows for sure the cardinal points, but the function of the other?

A new dam "Zankov kamak", near the town Devin in the Rhodopa mountains. Very impressive appearance, behind one turn you have the feeling, that this 130m height dam wall suddenly stops you. A new road shall be build in the next years, because this one remains under water.
