deconstruction

For preventing accidents the municipality started to dismantle some parts of the monument 1300 Years Bulgaria. In the meantime the discussion for it's future started again.

Quite a drama unfolding in your photograph!
Yes this monument have always been a sore, but I like the sculptures.
