For the 130th anniversary of the announcement of Sofia as a capital of Bulgaria the municipality has the interesting idea to show archive photos of 20 significant places of the city.
This signboard has a picture of an old castle (maybe?) on itself. He is majestic. But he's extending his tongue to two persons looking at him! Is he serious or kidding?
