Start of the 59th eddition of Bulgaria's cycling tour in the center of Sofia. The length of the whole tour is 1012 kilometers, or 1/3 of Tour de France.
Great photo of the bike race! Glad you didn't get run over! I wonder how many bikers participate and what percentage of them come from OUTSIDE of Bulgaria? Did you see Lance Armstrong there?
I love the sweet man in green, smiling as he pushes on. Especially among the other somewhat grim faces. This guy loves life and you can see it on his face. Wonderfully captured my dear!
