Palm Sunday

In Christian churches Palm Sunday is marked by
holding holy service and
distribution of willow shoots (replacing the palm leaves) to the christians. Also today people whose names are in some way associated with flowers or trees celebrate Palm Sunday as their name day.
I like this little, lovely church "Sv. Nikolaj" in "Kalojan" street. You are entering in a gallery, having a magnificent view to the space below with the altar.

Interesting, candid shot. I'm curious about those candle holders!

You have many nice pictures but I like this one among the best of them because if feels unique to Bulgaria. I'm new to City Daily Photo; I just started my Eagan Daily Photo. Best wishes from Minnesota!
