The "wind of changes" (after 1989) brought this strange creation - little shops in the basements. For years they were many in every street, although you see how confortable is it for the custumer, and they disappeared slowly with the time. Captured on "Moskovska" street.

What an intriguing concept! I never knew this...what made them think to do this? This is a fabulous photo, by the way. Wonderful composition.
Sorry I've been absent...in December my husband and I found out we are going to have our first child, and things have been a bit...distracting! :)
