If he were flashing the cars - and I agree that had crossed my mind - surely he would have left the drain clogged to ensure the vehicles went even more slowly. Just a Christmas-season left-field thought ...
Rainy afternoon - thanks to this man, who managed to clean out the drain it was possible to pass the street. Captured in Vrajdebna.
