I'm not a fan of this rehabilitation fashion for integrating parts of the old facades, but today the sun, the snow, the mirror effect make the picture somehow nice, optimistic and attractive!

this one really works well with old & new & the whole scene makes for a wonderful photo. There is a residential house in San Pedro, CA (next city to mine) that has a successful integration too. I'll have to post it.
