Veliko Tarnovo is a city with rich history and architectural heritage. I've allready posted a picture from "SS.Forty Martyrs". This is another wonderful chirch, "st Nikola", the author Kolyu Ficheto is the most famous name of the Bulgarian National Revival architecture.

This is so unlike many other European churches I have seen - both in my own travels and in photographs. What a unique capture!
