I'm pretty sure America is the only country in the world that doesn't have a famous changing of the guard. Unless I'm clueless about some big tourist place in my own country...I love the look of this building.
Oh yes, it was for me too :) I guess the summer uniform is white, the ones I photographed were red. Cheers!
