The "Jablanski" house - build 1907, architect Gruenanger. Mr. Jablanski was major of Sofia in the end of 19th century, 1912-13 minister in the kings government. The building was chinese embassy during the socialist times and after the restitution from 1991 has several owners. But you see without the will to ceep it in a good condition. It is a cultural heritage and can't be demolished, but location is excellent, plot is very expensive. And the public is suspicious that somebody has a great interest of its self-ruination.

Hat Grünanger nicht auch das Priesterseminar in Sofia gebaut? Wunderschönes Haus. Hoffentlich verfällt es nicht ganz!

Its really sad that it is in disrepair! The lighting is very mysterious...
